Hi, I'm Jacqueline, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Women's Nourished Health Mentor and Yoga Teacher.

Using both ancient and modern techniques I’ve helped hundreds of women to create happy digestion, nourish their nervous system, balance their hormones naturally and connect to their feminine vitality so they have more energy for what they love to do and for life.

A little about my story...

I discovered Ayurveda when I was only 19. I loved training to be a pracitioner and yoga teacher in my 20's. But despite having trained in the wisdom of Ayurveda and practicing for many years, when I had my two kids I ended up in overwhelm and near burn out, resulting in an early peri-menopause at 41!

I experienced chronic insomnia, anxiety, weight gain, irregular cycles and the build-up came with hot flushes, crushing headaches and such irritability!

Life was a struggle.

I was in overdrive and overwhelm. Rushing around was my default way of living....sound familiar?    

My self care had disappeared and I was putting everone else's needs before my own until my wellspring of energy, vitality and joy was almost gone!

It took a panic attack for me to FINALLY REALISE how far I had strayed from myself, my heart and my joy, my balance and good health.    

It was time to stop and listen to my body. It was time to create healthy boundaries and come back to the knowledge and practices that Ayurveda and Yoga had given me, but... I had forgotten to live.    

I was lucky enough to know what to do! Before my final days of menstruating, at age 42, I brought regularity and balance back into my cycles and my life.

My sleep, digestion, headaches and energy all improved and my joy for life was back!    

Now, I'm nearly 50 and I have reclaimed my energy and zest for life again! I amliving proof that it is NOT all 'down hill' from menopause!

I learned the hard way that knowledge is not enough. It is how we live, the little things we do each day that will, over time, build us up or wear us down.
